Please educate yourself with our company policy, which will make any transaction with us most enjoyable. Because we are an e-commerce company, mistakes can be made. We have the right to refuse any order that we feel the price or description was a mistake or improper discount code usage. An example of a mistake can consist of our programmer typing $45.99 as opposed to $4599.00 or even as simple as our manufacturer raising their prices without giving us adequate time to update the site.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, Purchase Orders, and business check if paid in advance. We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.
Our website is tied into a secure payment processing gateway & we do NOT keep any credit card information on our server. Because of this, we never see the credit card #'s when you make a purchase online - all our transactions are processed in real-time usually within a few seconds. We charge your credit card when you place the order, not when we ship it.
Customer agrees that if KeylessAccessLocks.com/ B&H Depot is not paid on time, in accordance with KeylessAccessLocks.com/ B&H Depot’s terms, Customer shall pay all cost and expenses incurred by KeylessAccessLocks.com/ B&H Depot including fees charged by a collection agency or attorney, and any other charges which can be legally charged to the Customer. Any invoice or account not paid when due are subject to an interest charge at the rate of one and one-half (1.5%) per month or as limited by law.
Our policy is straight forward- We respect your privacy plain & simple. Under no circumstances will we release any information about our customers or mailing list subscribers. Not your name, email address, phone number or any other information we collect. As far as your credit card information goes, we do not record any of it. We are linked into Paypal.com's secure servers and they receive all of your private information - we do not ever see your card numbers and they are not stored on our servers. Our servers have the highest security available but, we still do not keep any sensitive information about you on them.
Orders placed prior to 3:30 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time will ship the next business days. Call us at 800-708-9326 if you need your order out today and we will do our best. Most orders are processed within one business day from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. We offer several options for shipping orders through UPS, and FedEx. Our website is set up to offer you UPS shipping automatically. All shipping charges will be indicated on your order form. We have the right to substitute Fed Ex, UPS for USPS or vice versa depending on shipping location. We will always substitute with the identical form of shipping; ie: if you paid for overnight shipping, you will receive overnight shipping, if you paid for 3 day, you will receive 3 day shipping.
Whenever we offer free shipping, product will be sent by UPS or Fed-Ex ground, unless requested otherwise and charges will be added to the shipment. All FREE SHIPPING offers are for US GROUND orders only includes the continental United States of America, not Hawaii, Alaska , Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.

Return & Exchange
Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully, should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once through our contact page and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase. We will not accept any returns on locksmith tools, any items listed as discontinued, special order items, or items held for more then 10 days. Obviously we will exchange any item which was delivered defective or in the rare instance of shipping the wrong product.
In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues.
We will accept stock items returned within 14 days from purchase date in saleable condition, subject to a 25% restocking fee + shipping charges. Non-stock items, or items held more than 14 days of the purchase date cannot be returned. We will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warranty period if sold by KeylessAccessLocks.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns. If you return an order that included free shipping; you will be charged the appropriate amount it costs us to ship your the order - (this shipping charge has nothing to do with all other shipping fees that are the responsibility of the customer).
To return items follow the instructions below:
Proceed to our return center linked here for a return authorization number, and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive an RMA# before you return any goods to us, the RMA# must appear on your return packing label. Merchandise without an RMA will be refused, and no credit will be issued. RMA's are valid for ten(10) days from date of issuance.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. No return will be accepted if it is sent back in its original box only, meaning that all products will be in their original box inside the packing box.
Cancel an order
To cancel an order and not incur any charges we must be notified prior to your charge being swiped by our merchant company. If we are notified prior to the merchant swipe we can void out the order and no charges are made. If your transaction has been swiped we incur a transaction fee for the charge and when we refund the charge we get charged another transaction fee. We pass these charges on to you - they are 10% of the total order.
THE BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY, IF ANY, IS THAT PROVIDED BY THE PRODUCT'S MANUFACTURER. SELLER MAKES NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN NO EVENT, WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE, COST OF REPAIRS OR INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SALE, TRANSPORTATION, INSTALLATION, USE OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY SELLER. BUYER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND IN NO EVENT, SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY, IF ANY, EXCEED THE NET SALES PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S); NO ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE SHALL BE MADE FOR THE LABOR OR EXPENSE OF REPAIRING OR REPLACING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WORKMANSHIP OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE SAME. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH, ALL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY SELLER AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "WHERE IS," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY MUST BE TROUBLE SHOT BY OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM AND DETERMINED DEFECTIVE UNDER PRIOR TO PROCESSING YOUR CLAIM. OUR SUPPORT TEAM WILL EITHER PROVIDE A TROUBLE TICKET NUMBER, A REFERENCE NUMBER OR A NAME OF THE TECHNICIAN IN WHICH YOU WILL SUBMIT DURING YOUR PROCESS WITH US. ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY WOULD NEED TO BE SENT BACK PRIOR TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRED ITEM BEING SENT OUT.
